I'm the founder and Chief Success Officer of Rooftop Recognition. When you work with Rooftop, you'll be working with me.
As an L&D professional with more than 25 years’ experience, I understand how important it is to prove value, demonstrate impact, and build trust with your stakeholders and customers. I also understand how difficult that can be, even when you are doing great work.
I created Rooftop Recognition to help learning teams and companies shout their success by making their outcomes visible, celebrated and recognised through industry awards.
